I sure was getting excited! It was December the 24th and only one day to go until Christmas. I’d asked my parents and grandparents for a lot of role playing game supplies. Now don’t get me wrong — I’m not greedy or anything like that. I’d hate if you had the impression of me and my motives. It’s only that my parents and grandparents asked me to compile a Christmas list of what I would most like to have. Being a huge role playing nerd, I of course listed rpg dice, a battle mat, some Dungeons and Dragons books I had my eye on (including a retro Monster Manual book published when my dad was a kid), and a new dice bag. Like I mentioned earlier — I’m not greedy. I really do understand the importance and meaning of Christmas. If I didn’t receive a thing it wouldn’t diminish the love I have for my family in the slightest.
